Other catalogs have been translated into Italian, others have been updated and recreated, these in new catalogs in Italian:

Finished the Italian catalogs of "HDTooBox" and "Info Icon".

On HDToolbox I could not translate some strings because they were non-existent on the file, reported to Mazze HERE

Incon was recreated from scratch and updated.

Many existing Italian catalogs were out of date, and lacked the original English description.

After 2 days of intensive work, the triton catalogue (over 300 strings) was translated into Italian

Updated version 9.0.1546 of VIM, installed on the new AROS One 2.1

Vim is a highly configurable text editor built to make creating and
changing any kind of text very efficient. Vim is rock stable and is
continuously being developed to become even better. Among its features
are:

    * persistent, multi-level undo tree
    * extensive plugin system
    * support for hundreds of programming languages and file formats
    * powerful search and replace
    * integrates with many tools

Please note that this is not a straight port of the upstream version.
It includes a full MUI GUI with most of the bells and whistles found
in Vim on any of the major platforms.

Finished the Italian translations of the  catalog, they are 43, these are the utimi translated:

If any Italian would like to test and find some translation errors I would be happy, there are catalogs such as for example "Plalette" which is not easy to translate, it is proved by the fact that many translators from other countries have made different  translations among themselves.

Updated on AROS One the "LHA" Command to version 1.14i.

LHa for Unix with a handful of hacks to make it behave more like the
AmigaOS implementation by Stefan Boberg et. al. File permissions and
comments are preserved, Amiga wildcards are supported and extraction
target directory can be specified without using alien Unixdklsfjiss.

This is based on LHA for Unix with Autoconf by Koji Arai.

Created on AROS One a small script for choosing and playing Midi Files.

The script uses WildMIDI Player and the request file is set to recognize midi files with .mid, .midi and .kar extensions

Some eseperto developer wanting in the future could improve the script.

Successfully compiled the new version of WildMIDI v0.4.5, now it is possible to play a list of Midi files in succession, also improved the script, now it is possible to make the Multi choice files to play.

As mentioned on other post, the new version 0.4.5 of WildMidi, no longer uses the musical instruments contained in the famous folder "Timidity", but uses a folder containing the Musical instruments "FreePats".

The old WildMidi AROS version 0.2.3.5, included the "Timidity" path in its binary, while the new version v0.4.5 through the WildMidi.cfg file allows you to set the path of the musical instruments and its contents.

On AROS One in order not to have Musical Instruments scattered in different paths, I modified te path Musical Instruments in the WildMidi.cfg file, using the musical instruments of  "Timidity", now both versions will find all the musical instruments needed in "Timidity"

The two Palyers can now coexist on AROS One, but in different folder, for the reasons mentioned the old version 0.2.3.5, is not compatible with the WildMidi.cfg file, if present in its folder is used, ma it will not work (instruments designated by WildMidi.cfg not compatible)

Installed SploinerGUI v1.0r3 on the new AROS One 2.1.

SploinerGUI is a new small programm realized with Hollywood: a GUI for Sploiner
command. IT allow to join and split files easiest.

The interface uses the Hollywood RapaGUI external module.
Other GUI are under study (FFMPEG, file conversion, etc.).

Reintegrated "AROSAmp," on AROS One, I had deleted this software from AROS One because it was unstable, facially going into Guru.

After a long time I wanted to try it again, and to my amazement I noticed that with the new versions of AROS One x86 it works very well.

Of course it is an Alpha version, but adeso it is very tabile can also run an MP3 Playlist, without hiccups or slowdowns, I would say a very good tool for listening to mp3s.

On the occasion for AROS One I created the new DualPNG Icons in the various AROS One styles, and a new Skin called "Aros One," see screenshot

Created 4 Skins for AROSAmp, also made some changes on size, song lyrics were coming out of the predetermined range.

I hope the development will be continued, AROSAmp is a great tool for listening to an MP3 Playlist.

The Skins are changed manually, in this Alpha version the "change skins" function is not acurrently enabled, but on AROS One I will create scripts so that AROSAmp will start with the preferred Skin.
