AROS One x86 Work In Progress

Dopo iConecta, altro software Hollywood arriva su AROS x86, anche questo da me richiesto gentilmente allo sviluppatore "Yannick BUCHY"

Il software in questione è JoinGUI, The software in question is JoinGUI, this interface uses the Join command.

The interface makes it  easy to join multiple files in one seoul. At the moment, multi-files in .iso and
.vob (DVD) format have been attached successfully.

As soon as they are compiled I will also test the OS3/AROS 68 and OS4 versions,  JoinGUI was only available for MOS

Very nice! Will it also join PNG files? I would surely use it if it did.

warelogix I recreated the update, besides OpenURL Prefs, Input, in the update there are also the 4Sets of AmiFox buttons.

Once you unpacked the Zip Archive, run the "Update-ArosOne" icon, if you want to see the new Buttons on AmiFox you have to restart AROS One.

Be sure not to run AmiFox after the update otherwise the new button preference will be overwritten in the Env-Archive.

If you want to change the Set Buttons to AmiFox, then I will explain how races, for AROS One v2.1 I will prepare scripts for automatic replacement.

Well you use the "Join" command, so anything that can be joined can join, did a test on the fly to join two PNGs to create a DualPNG Icon and it worked, only the PNG images you have to rename them ".vob"

I advised Yannick to add other file types in the request file, which he will do in the next version where file extensions will also be supported: png, mp3 maybe wav too.

Almost there at the completion of the circled "App" icons, finished the Def_Icons "the most abundant and most difficult to frame in transparency"

Thanks miker, I am now creating the setup that will automatically install all the "circled style" App icons on the system.

The Upcoming AROS One 2.1 will have as default the AfA One Icon Set for folders instead the Circled Icon Set for system and third party Apps.

Meanwhile an amigaworld user installed AROS One 2.0 on MAC OS through QEmu, the user was remarkably surprised to see AROS One x86 running with a simple Clic

With these almost all the circled App Icons have been created, that's about 1200 App Icons in AfA One x86 2.1.

Tomorrow I will start placing all the App Icons in the right locations, and the script for the installer, which will allow you to install and replace all the AROS One App Icons in seconds.

Due to size issue the screenshot is not quality, the icons look much better in reality.

Miker out the new version 1.1 of JoinGUI, PNG images are supported, you can join other supported files as well.

To upload other file types such as PNGs, you just have to smply modify the FileRequest, basically you have to leave only the characters "#?"

Regarding the folders "with circle", they will no longer be produced, I did some tests and they are not well visible, basically the circle shrinks the image making it lose visibility (too small).

APP icons on the other hand having a white background stand out the image, although on AmiStart, they have the same problem.

AmiStart does not allow you to resize icons, it uses only two sizes, real icon size, and reduced icon size. With the reduced icon size App icons with circle do not fit, for the reasons mentioned above, so it is better to use the real size of icons, see screenshot.

This is BoingIconBar showing the new Icons with circle, I remind you that to change the backgrounds just click the icons shown in the screenshot, to do this will require a Reboot, the reason for the Reboot is because "BoingIconBar" cannot be closed by a Shell command, bug reported:
