The topic pretty much covers the point f the post.
My AROS box is an i7-4790k overclocked to 4.4ghz with 4GB of ddr3-2133 (2x2GB sticks ) RAM.
Works great and audio is supported. For everything else Im using plug in cards.

There's one or 2 bits of software though that make me want a little more CPU performance.
It's mostly SuperModel, which can drop up to about 10 frames at times for some games. It's definitely a cpu issue rather than GPU, Ive bought and tried a few dozen supported gpus and framerate is nigh on identical despite other 3d accelerated software showing big difference.
Janus UAE while using wazp3d for software rendered warp3d could use a little more grunt for running at higher resolutions too.

If there's a faster platform for running AROS natively I'd love to learn about it.

Thanks in advance.

The Latest deadwood updates have increased compatibility, even on newer PCs, and this is the main way to go :)
