it is possible to have on the magellan menu the possibility to convert wav, aiff files as flac, ogg and mp3

I am not at home so can only describe it from memory... you must define a filetype. There you can define how it is recognized (I mostly use file endings), what icon it uses and there you can also add context menus that are specific to the filetype. If you want to look around download "version for UAE" from http://aros-platform.de/download.html

this version is magellan. I use the menu system of magellan very extensively, f.e. to offer lots of conversion options.
