IconColor Project

Here is a concept for a small project called IconColor. It's based on something @paolone mentioned.

It will come in two flavors - a cli application & an MUI/Zune GUI version for Worbench.

The purpose of IconColor is to use HSL Color Rotation to change Icon Color "On-the-fly" with Before & After previews.

It is mostly intended for amusement but it may also be useful.

This general layout may also be the basis of Icon Batch Process!
Two similar small apps: IconColor & IconProcess. Good ideas.

That's a very good question. Dual purpose.

Another good question. Should it work with Glow Icons & PNG Icons? Or just PNG Icons? Not sure yet.

Drop the old icon on the left & new icon on the right.
Choose "Save" & it does an icon exchange.

Afterwards the new image appears in both previews.
Change the Hue Value & choose "Test" . The color on the right changes. If you like the new icon color choose "Save".

Maybe after dropping the old on the left & new on the right, change the Hue Value to change the color of the new icon on the right before doing an icon exchange? Lots of good ideas.
