Virtualbox settings for successful distro start

Hello, what are the recommended setting for VB to start VM? Does it support sound? My idea is to run there old Amiga games.

Which OS are you talking about, AROS x86 can't run Sosftware OS3 directly, it can only do it through Janus-UAE Emulation.

Ehh what distro should I run to be able to run OS 3.1 software in Virtualbox?

The only Distribution that works on VirualBox is Amithlon but you won't be able to play the old games, see video

For Amiga OS 3.1, 3.1.4, 3.5 or 3.9 you have to use WinUAE which is the best Amiga Emulator where you can emulate also OS3 RTH see video !

Thanx for reply! Can you suggest what`s the easiest way to copy files from host system to AMigaOS 3.9? Figured out twisted mc clone shell but don`t know how to copy files from adf to hdf.

With WinUAE you can share everything by dragging and dropping files from the Windows Desktop to the Workbench, you can drag and drop everything even archives that will be unzipped automatically and shown as folders, you can't just drag and drop executables, these will be found by dragging them into a folder or archived, watch an old video of mine

My idea: use AmigaLive for this. It's a pre-configured FS-UAE emulator. VirtualBox is designed to run PC virtual machines, not emulate Amiga.
