I talked to Cloanto, you are right.
I thing you are working on the System but is Cloanto who can do it the rest, May be yo cant do on your perspective because you are developing a system not a solution as I say.
Cloanto did Amilator basement on 2016, them did the hardware injector to make possible to Run AmigaOS in any hardware thank to a Linux Boot. It is needed a Linux Boot and then Cloanto can do the ability to launch FS-Arcade to fast emulating Games (ipf, ADF, WHDLoad, etc) to emulate any 68k System or to Boot natively to ArOS and mount it on top of Linux for a stable experience and to get comunication with peripherics (Bluetooth, WiFi, usbs, cardreaders, Hard disks,...) with one hardware intermediator Like Winuae but under Linux and with PC hardware to ArOS.
May be Aros Will need to do anything as RabitHole to intermediate with assigned drives to acces non Amiga FS units and any Gfx driver as UAE zorro III to be able to work on the graphics card we Have in the Linux side...
That Will be a solution to install AmigaOS/ArOS on any architechture X86, PPC, ARM or 68k in the Best and easier way.
