All mentioned names have an active account here on these forums. As a matter of fact one of them is even admin of this board (amongst others).
So far everything is correct. Perhaps you wanted to provide direct links to their profiles, but forgot to do so?
If there currently isn't active moderation, then that is simply what that means.
It's contradict what you you wrote earlier. If archives.aros-exec.org currently isn't moderation, then the forum is even less read. The amount of effort to press the button "approove" should be much less than writing a text. it cannot be ruled out that moderators run smoke tests for uploaded. I cannot know for sure.
