Since AROS abiv0 is no longer updated, I'd like to know the status of development. I'm not a coder and like many other people I'm simply an end user, so I don't want to try every new build and hope that the system will boot again and still work. Is abiv1 working at this stage of development? Is stable enough to be used on daily basis like abiv0? Is still subject to file format change? I don't need the 68k version, because I don't have anymore my old Amigas. I don't need UAE, unless it can access internet from within AROS. When we'll see the first stable abiv1 build?

as regards abiv0, there is the deadwood maintenance project, currently nothing new, and all stopped at the end of the previous year

about abiv1 I don't know anything and however it is known that unstable, abiv0 is stable there are programs for it, games and it will still be kept as said in the previous post, perhaps we should think about the future of odyssey and we will see the next evolutions of the counterpart MorphOS in primis where they are developing a new browser

So the actual status of AROS is this:

Abiv0 is stable, old and no more maintained
Abiv1 is unstable, unusable and without software

Is this right?

In addition you also have my fork of AROS where I stabilized the ABI for linux-x86_64 target (the AxRuntime is based on that fork). I update this fork with changes from main AROS repository. If people are intrested they can start compiling software for this version and it will continue working in future.
