Even if my Distros are not considered here, in a few weeks will be ready the new release of AROS One 68k  ;)

On what hardware does AROS One 68k run? WinUAE as well as a Real Amiga?

Setup instructions included? I'd like to try it out.

Better result with WinUAE but can also be used with Vampire V4 (you have to add video SAGA devices)

Like all Hollywood programs are required some Plugins that you can find in the archive of the program itself, you will also find a manual in PDF with various info about the program, i enclose a small video illustrating the program running on OS3.

The first set of dedicated icons for Audio, Video and Graphics files has been completed.
