Excuse me from the translation but I didn't quite understand, what is to be voted, also in that tread should we report new bugs that are encountered, or mention old bugs encountered in the past?

Maybe we have to rate the bug we found?

The idea I want to try forward is that from existing reported bugs I select 10 and community can vote which one should be tackled.

As for new bugs, they can be reported at any point in any thread or via PM. If I find them valid that will be added to be bugtracker.
