So you have problems also with reading simple text, since I've NOT written "IT".

In fact, I've written "JIT" = Just In Time (compiler). Which is NOT used on real Amigas (for obvious reasons!) but on emulators and, precisely... with WinUAE!

So, yes, I was (also) talking about emulators.

Now if you don't reply in general it's even better, since you clearly aren't able to read, understand, and neither you have technical knowledge about the things that you pretend to talk about.

Please use this version of kms.library: https://axrt.org/development/kms.library.i386.zip

With it, I was able to load and use Polish keymap taken from 20190416-2 release.

thanks deadwood

deadwood, as already discussed, with the new fixed version of Wanderer Prefs, it is now possible on AROS x86 to move icons (Files and Folders) to Wanderer, but I noticed that moving cannot be done with 2 folders "Storage and WBStartup", errorre folders in Use.

From these two folders instead it is possible to do the opposite, i.e. move Files and Folders from "Storage and WBStartup" to other folders.

I guess something is holding a lock on them and thus you cannot move them. Why would you want to move them though? These are system directories - if you move them somewhere, you will have problems.

They are also locked in the Build, mind you, I "don't want to move the WBStartup folder", but move a file to the WBstartup, which is important if you want to move something to the WBStartup or Storage !

Thanks, I add another big problem, many system applications present in "Prefs", "System" and other system folders are not localized in Italian, some are partially translated, some no translation !

In Local the Italian file catalogs are there but probably they are not updated or are incompatible !

For translations it is best to contact Mazze. He manages the repositories that contain translations and I'm sure he'll welcome any help.

Only the files that match the version are used.
So, if the files are there and it seems that are not used it is because they are outdated (lower version than required) or they have messages that have not been translated (used but several messages have to be translated).

We can have a view of the required version and the one in the repository in the following page: https://github.com/aros-translation-team/translations/wiki/Progress
All the modules with a catalog version number in bold or with "n/a" are not translated.

Ps:
I have found that not all the repositories have the same catalog file version. I made several corrections weeks ago on the spanish catalogs and I do not see them on https://github.com/deadw00d/AROS. I suppose that it is because they have to be reloaded from https://github.com/aros-translation-team/translations.

@deadwood

Fixed the location Italian problem, did some careful checking and noticed some file placement errors. Monitoring the "Wanderer.catalog" file, I noticed that this file is placed in the wrong/unrequired location "does not exist "

SYS:Locale/Catalogs/Italian/System/System/Wanderer.catalog

The correct/required position instead is this:

SYS:Locale/Catalogs/Italian/System/Prefs/Wanderer.catalog

@Telematix
Thanks for the information, but from test mentioned above, the wrong version should still work, even if some strings are not translated, see screenshot (probably new strings).

Taking "Wanderer.catalog" as an example, if I interpreted the tables correctly, it should require "version 4", while the currently installed Italian version is version "3.0"

EDIT:

The file Wanderer.catalog in question  "Wanderer.catalog "belongs to "Wanderer", so you need to find the missing file "Wanderer.catalog" for Wanderer Prefs .... which on AROS x86 does not exist !
