Neil Cafferkey has completed the network driver for my fully supported AROS motherboard choice with HD Audio and NVidia graphics.

Just some heavy use testing to do but I will add this to the site in a couple of days so you can order. Do not leave too long to order.

There are only 5 in stock at the moment but hope to get more soon.

Complete system excluding monitor starting at £399 + vat and shipping.

Big video coming soon, but may be sold by then Lol

I will have the source added to AROS source tree once debugged and tested in early new year. Please note this was a professionally paid job carried out by a professional AROS developer for actual good money.

I also want to add that this was largely funded by a great Patreon and AROS fan called Peter Membrey as well as hardware and support supplied by myself. There are lots of people who are prepared to back my vision for AROS and I hope we can do more.

Steve

Annoyingly this site will not let me add a picture, so follow this URL.

First off, Steve, congratz on releasing new hardware for AROS :) I still have your original iMica :)

Neil Cafferkey has completed the network driver for my fully supported AROS motherboard choice with HD Audio and NVidia graphics.

It's great to see Neil is still developing AROS software from time to time. All the best!

Thanks go to both you and Peter for making this happen. These kinds of projects make AROS continue growing!

That is great! Nice with more drivers and hardware for sale.
Neil did many nic drivers so I'm sure it will work perfect!
Have a nice weekend.

There is no problem to post screenshots on this forum, you just have to respect the file size and find the right size, also don't exceed the size "860" otherwise the image will be too big and annoying.

I attach your resized screenshot ;)

If possible could you test on your Hardware the compatibility of my distro AROS One v1.9, thanks !

@AmigaSystem

Well it does seem to be a problem with this site software.

I had a - instead of a = and each time I correct it reverts to the -.

I tried as you can see with 650 width which works fine in the browser window.

On the subject of your distro, it should just work as long as it has the full NVidia and my HDAudio drivers installed, I have standardised on ICAros for these but people can put whichever they like.

Any way it is posted and next year we will add the driver to the repo.

Steve

@clusteruk

Would it be possible to have the option of audio output through HDMI? I am just curious… ;-)

Yes ok, i was asking this because AROS One x86 is totally updated with the latest deadwood Core, including numerous fixes on system files, this might have some compatibility differences

Hi

OK, I will try next year after the Kickstarter is finished. But Icaros works great already with my custom setup.
