Updated AROS One with InstallerLG v1.0.3, from the next release of AROS One, InstallerLG will be the official Installer of the Distribution.

On AROS One InstallerLG will permanently replace the system Installer, and all installation software will have InstallerLG (renamed Installer) as a tool in the icon tooltypes.

InstallerLG is also localizable into the languages "Italian," "German," "Swedish," and "Russian"

Created 2 more Themes for AROSAmp, in the process of finishing 2 more new themes which will be the last ones.

If anyone wants some particular AmigaAMP/WinAMP "compatible" theme to bring AROSAmp, they can make the request here attaching a screenshot of the main GUI.

Yesterday's day I devoted it to the AROSAmp configuration script, the various "underneath" buttons did not match (larger size) those of the main GUI, I had to locate and correct all the values.

In addition to correcting the values, I also recreated the underlying buttons in the same style as those in the Main GUI, but with slightly different color.

Completed the Skins set for AROSAmp for AROS One x86 (all created by hand), there are 12 new Skins, one of which is Lite (see attached video).

Also I managed to correct the graphical artifacts, now the GUIs look perfect, in the video you can see the 12 new Skins loaded all at the same time, plus the 3 default Skins.

AROSAmp, although it is an alpha version, is very stable, only the exit gadget and the Skin change (not implemented) do not work, you can still exit the Menu and change the Skins from the scripts I created (see video).

PlayList and preference program works well.

As you may have noticed in the video attached above, in the AROSAmp GUIs the track title is not visible, To the lack of the title in the ID3v1 tag of the file.

On the next AROS One, you will find AROSAmp complete, scripts fixed (file paths change) and new icons for the Skin change procedure, "already done"  :)  see screnshot!

New graphic look also for MPlayer, created "ZUNE" backgrounds and new Buttons.

Tomorrow will create scripts for on-the-fly change of Skins, via usual icon.

The experienced user will be able to make different matches, replace Buttons and edit the simple scripts.

The Black theme will probably be the default theme for AROS One

If anyone likes a particular Button or background, they can attach an image here where I can use it for the new theme.

@AMIGASYSTEM

I just updated my VirtualBox AROS installation (used for testing filesysbox/smb2-handler) from AROS One 1.9 to 2.0 (completely clean install, hardfile wiped). I used pretty much the same settings as before (full install with extras and developer files installed onto Work: partition) but when I open a shell and try to start sashimi it says that the command can't be found.

I didn't have this problem with AROS One 1.9 and I don't recall installing sashimi manually (I can't even find an AROS version of sashimi either on AROS archives or aminet) so I'm guessing that it's been removed from the distro by mistake, or maybe installed somewhere where it's not in the path?

I fixed it by copying sashimi from the AROS One 1.9 ISO (it's in the System directory of the disc). On the 2.0 ISO it seems to be missing (or it's in a different place).

Ciao Salasso, with the new Core, Sashimi is now located along with other Debug tools in the path:

SYS:System/Debug.

In addition, "Sashimi" along with "Snoopy," are also available on AmiStart, see screenshot !

Of course from that path it couldn't work from the Shell, eventually I will copy the Debug tools to the system C folder as well, that way it will work wherever you run it.

Installed on the new AROS One Image2PDF v2.2, this version of the progranmma has a GUI, where now multiple image conversion is also possible.

Image2PDF is "EmailWare" ;-) and free to use without any restrictions !!

Just send an email to get your free keyfile with your chosen name.

New look on AROS One also for OWB, new Black and Blue Buttons, also improved Buttons in Stle Firefox and Crome.

Today I will prepare scrip and a video showing how to replace Themes with a single click.

Also finished the scripts to change the "Theme buttons" on OWB, see screenshot !

To change the Theme just click on the icon of the chosen theme, before starting OWB, or after exiting OWB, this is because the Theme in use cannot be overwritten.

The script will not only replace the Buttons, but also restore the Zune preferences, in case of accidental changes on the Zune preferences.
