Simplicity and sharpness is always the best choice, I like that icon too, you can take anything you want, as animation I used mirror effect, for OS3 version instead I used classic Glow.

Could you attach a zip file?

You are doing a great job on the graphics! I love those icons.

Thanks for your efforts. I look forward to using AROS One v1.8

Very nice work AmigaSystem! I imagine the release date of 1.8 is very close?

As a preview for you and all users of ae.amigalife.org here is the new version of AROS One x86 v1.8

Next will be AROS One x86 USB Image to create a Live Pendrive to install AROS One on PC.

This version of AROS One can also be installed safely on 2 partitions (DH0 and DH1) as provided by InstallAROS, and everything will work the same way from one prefixed path "Development:" and "Extras:)"

Please let me know if you encounter any problems before the official release on my Homepage.

AmiTube v1.3, new version that does not add anything new, but only fixes some bugs from version 1.2, found on OS3, OS4 and MOS.

AmiTube v1.2 that you will find on AROS One 1.8 does not include these bugs, but for more security update it with the new version that you can find HERE on the good ALBs site.

N.B. For those who are not aware, on AROS One v1.8 the "BoingIconBar" includes multiple ToolBars, to change besides the right mouse button, you can use the mouse wheel (first highlight the bar)

Thanks Glinx, this morning as soon as the news was made here, on Amiganews.it and on eab.abime.net, it was immediately replicated and published on amiga-news.de and amigafuture.

All of this gratifies the many efforts of a 68-year-old old man, and perhaps serve to reacquaint some nostalgic user Amigans dreaming of a modern Amiga :)

Probably in the next version of AROS One x86/68k there will be drawer icons in White color, useful for those who use dark backgrounds, i attach screenshots showing some the system icon set already created today!

Naturaslly one click will be enough to install or restore the White or Blue icons

I like the new white folders as well. The blue folders are too dark to see the details. Lighter colors are better.

The white folders and presumably any light color allow the fine details to really jump out. Nice!  :)

amigamia non preoccuparti nessuna offesa, yes the white stands out more the image, but when the backgrounds are clear the Blue or Black has better visibility, in any case having two choices you can please more users, same thing for the BoingIconBar, I wanted to add it on AROS One because some users didn't like Amistart just because it reminded them of Windows :)

Yes true white makes images stand out, but if the images are clear or particular the colors stand out better on blue.

Also the dark icons show best the transparency, the glow, but also the Amiga style Glow, then everyone will choose the one that best crebe and the one that is less annoying to the eye.

The creation of the White icons is taking me so much time, there are so many icons created on AROS One, and many I am recreating because they do not fit White.
