Hi Magorium, I haven't compared the lists yet but you may find some older ones at this location

https://arosworld.org/infusions/weblinks/weblinks.php

I may use your list to update the ones from that link  ;)

Hope you are allright and a happy new-year.

Sorry as i am an asshole for not having done that myself already.....

... is my memory playing tricks or didn't we had a list of links before the new theme appeared ? (or was that even at the previous hoster ?)

@AmigaSystem

My apologies as i completely seem to have overlooked your post on the other page  :-[

Thank you for pointing my attention to that.

Although i do not have hands on experience with these two distributions i have added them to the top-post of this thread (section distributions).

But please do elaborate in case there is an official download-location and/or (more) informative website. The links you posted point towards avi video files that are located at google-drive. The combination of those two makes it almost impossible for native AROS/Amiga users to be useful for them.

Hey ya! Happy New Year!
No worries, I had neglected it for quite some time but I upgraded the CMS with a newer version.
The list is the exact same one. I only upgraded the CMS but kept the same content for links and forums. Sadly during the process the News section was wiped. I do have a backup of that MySQL table.

No problem, it was just to prove that there are other distros, that I hope you try them, it's worth it. ;)

With my 65 years old I don't really want to open a website, but on Youbute there are many videos of mine, there are also those of AfA One (AROS For Amiga) distribution OS 3.9 that i suspended.

Test: AfA  One

bump

See first post in this thread:
Added link to Icaros Desktop Manual from Paolone
Added link to TinyAros made by Salvo
Added link to AfA One made by Carlo
updated links to AROS one distributions ( 68k + x86 ) from Carlo to point to forum posts instead of directly linking to google drive downloads
removed remark about aros-exec pointing to this forum
renamed section "sources" to "source-code"

Have fun !

Although i am biased, i couldn't agree more  :)

So as an official request to admin: could you please pin this thread whenever you see fit ?

@deadwood: sorry i haven't contacted you yet as promised on IRC. I'm just recently back online again (and still for short periods of time).
btw should I add a link to axrt (website) ?

That is fine, thanks.

A correction, ABI_V0 repo is here: https://github.com/deadw00d/AROS/tree/alt-abiv0
Also ABI_V0 downloads are now available here: https://axrt.org/index.php?tab=download-aros

Contacting me would be a good idea, if there are any request(s), either via pm/discord/etc. As far as pinning goes, do you guys mean to keep the topic "sticky"?

Yeah, sorry about that.

Although it did not have a big priority for me as i am aware of this thread and where to find it. Newcomers however might not be so 'lucky' to stumble upon it (as the thread itself was starting to fall of the statistics page as well)

Yes, sticky is what i name pinning  :)

Probably age related as people (literally) pinned messages to a board as a reminder back in the day when there weren't any computers around  ;D

Thank you for 'sticky-ing' the topic 4play !
