Hi To All,
 it possibile, from pref of Aros 68k, change the dimension of border of icon?

No on AROS you cannot resize the Icons or remove borders, OS4 and OS3+AfA-OS can do it.

If the icons are DualPNG or OS4 you can resize them with IconEditor version AROS x86, OS4 and OS3, OS3 version is currently not available for download.

actually you can resize icons with aros icon.library. afair there is a tooltype to scale all icons to certain bounding box size, but it will affect all icons alike, being scaled to that same size. i dont remember exactly how, so id probably need to look at the source. removing icon borders from old planar icons is not implemented afaik.
