BUG: Demo SoundsOfGnome has color issues

The Demo SoundsOfGnome has a lot of issues on Vampire Standalone V4.

But when launched from AROS it has 2 additonal issues:
1. The list with the songs is simply gray, no color gradient.
2. There is an invisible box underneath the songlist, where all objects get rainbow colors when moving through this box. Also the color outside this box is wrong, but no rainbow. On OS3.x Kickstart ROM there is no such issue.

Could this be something with the handling of the Copper? May also be related to color issues on Workbench:

I don't think it's dimendenda from the ROM of AROS 68k, I tested the Demo on WinUAE with el ROM of AROS and everything seems to work well, see video attachment:

But it makes a difference if I use AROS ROM or 3.x ROM on Vampire Standalone V4 Hardware.
