1 where are we going to focus, for what kind of people,

2 a full office suite,
3 surf the internet and watch videos,
4 Fornite type games could be seen in the future?
1. depends on the operating mode you choose for Icaros. I can guess native users will be the ones who would have bought an AmigaOne if it only made sense, but decided to use a spare cheap PC for their Amiga tasks, instead. In hosted mode, you can use Icaros for a broader range of applications, since you can use Linux or Windows ones when AROS ones are not enough. Things will start to be more interesting when the upcoming DE mode will be fully available: then you will use a combination of Linux and AROS x86 to add Icaros simpliness and user friendlyness to Linux, which I guess would be fine for many people out there.
2. In native mode you can use LEU for spreadsheets and hopefully soon FinalWriter for word processing. In hosted/DE modes you can use LibreOffice and all scanners and printers already supported by Linux.

3. See above.
4. I am afrain nothing nowhere near to Fortnite will happen on AROS, but, in hosted mode, you can use everything Steam provides under Linux

1. AROS flavors mode,
Don't buy an Amiga One,
or the Icaros version I have a Power Mac G5 with Morphos and a Power Mac G4 350 Mhz for Icaros when?
2. I am looking for new users in native mode.
I know it could be OpenOffice,
and they would thank us,
users have lost by LibreOffice this last one also I know that it could be ported to AROS,
but a new user will not know how to install it, having the Suite enjoy it, watching videos and Youtubers and videos from AROS.

3. I know you're working and a lot,
but if we talk to the Morphos team.
We pass Nvidia drivers and they ATI Drivers in 3D,
Idem Sound drivers and Network Card drivers, Printers, scaners, ect. we remove that problem from Controllers,
solved this we would see people programming games for AROS,
A Blender, people would be encouraged to work at Odyssey 1.25,

4. Nothing is impossible, Speed Dreams 2.0:
MorphOS version
AROS version (obsolete) (programmers needed)
AmigaOS4 version

Friend Racer, WipeOut, ect.

The project must ascend this 2020,
The AROS Research Operating System.

It's Christmas, I'm not Santa Claus.

I found out that my GTS250 works with Icaros 2.2.8. The mother board is an Asus and the processor is a Core i3.
I always miss out on the Christmas version of Icaros. :(

Hopefully, we will see more 64 bit development action in 2020.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Icaros Desktop 64bit works Hosted on Linux. But the last I heard the Native 64bit installs but won't boot up. Work continues on 64bit. There are some issues with MultiView 64bit that have been fixed but not committed yet. Work continues on new 64bit datatypes as well. In some ways 64bit seems more stable than 32bit. But maybe it's just my perception.

How many distinct view does this thread get?
I see putting down Aros and Icaros.
It looks like there is still plenty of interest in Aros.
