Yes you can use all of it, it's under MIT license.
MorphOS Ferrox and OS4 themes are public domain (hope no one will kill for touching those =) ).

I have lost few themes and a lot of icons...

With Axrt and idea of Scalos being ported to Linux/BSD it seams like finally we are going in right direction!

I am asking permission to use some wallpapers and themes on AROS One.

I tested the "pills" Theme and it works fine, however I created and added the Iconify button which was missing, also I fixed also the visibility of the DirUP pusante and also inserted the Aros One logoante as well.

On Pills I added your name "damir" on the theme change request, I will do the same thing on your old Themes that I had taken from the old "Nightly Builds".

However, your name is always present in the Theme config !
