HI ppl,

I am stuck at using 1024x600 with my acer aspire one lol, when set gfxmode to 1024x768 and works in vesa mode but not when you use intelGMA and question is why? i run live linux cd to try Deadwoods AxRuntime and 1024x768 resolution works on linux side. (where is sami to check this out if he can).

anyone here if knows if possible?

Maybe I didn't understand correctly, on my ACER Aspire One ZG5 I can set 1024x768 "manual setting" whether I use intelGMA or VESA, but it is not good because the screen is too long and AmiStart for example comes out of the screen.

The problem is that the screen of ACER Aspire One ZG5 does not support 1024x768 resolution, the Screen of ACER Aspire One ZG5 is too small because it is set for 1024x600 resolution.

I apparently max resolution is 1024x600 for acer aspire one, linux and windows uses software scaling so i got my answer, thanks..
