ArosVNC is a Binary

VNC-Client is a script that generates the GUI for "ArosVNC"

If you create an icon for "ArosVNC" you will get a "Tool" icon

If you create an icon for "VNC-Client" you will get a "Project" icon

On AROS "Wanderer" there is no program to change the type of Icon, while you can do it with Dopus5 Magellan

Also you can change the AROS Icons on OS3

Ah I see; with script and icon copied I now get the GUI.

HOWEVER,,, have the zips changed in the last couple of days? I've just downloaded again (the origianl test was just with files saved to ram:) and the client is NOT now working for me - the shared screen does not update but stays 'suck' on the first frame sent. The mouse and keybord events are still sent, though. This is both starting the client from shell and script/GUI.

Nothing has changed, I downloaded the zip archives and the binaries are identical, I also tried to connect with my Acer One z5 with the fixed PC and I had no problem, see screenshot !

It may be that your network is in use by other software, try to disable / activate the network card, or restart the PC !

No, the files have not changed since publishing.

Rebooted both server and client, didn't help... If I have time I'll try again later on.
