BUG: run command does always print process id

The run command does always print the Process ID like "[CLI4]", also if called with <>NIL:

That causes the CLI to open during boot and may interfere with IPrefs changing the screenmode.

that sounds like a valid issue right away.

havnt verified that yet myself, though.
