I could create you an ISO of AROS One without the "Extras" folder (leave it empty), this way you will get an ISO of about 340 MB !

Yes that would be ideal,

USB ports seem to work fine after Initial Load.  I could
shuffle in an Opulent Application Pantry, thereafter. 

Miker's right, Icaros lite is right above Live CD (1.3Gb)
download, that miss was on me.

Icaros installed on the HP Altec Lansing with Duo core,

Used Puppy's Gparted to format HDD into a single Amiga-Unallocated.  Raw was not an option.

Then used Install Aros tool creating Aros Partition, completed shutdown & reboot, ignored the 3-100
error & selected a different set with SFS, extras & Dev package.  Then (after some files transfer) default,
then more waiting.  All told, it boots to desktop and demos can be accessed. 

No word from Wifi, idk the bridge is down & I've about given up on Networking.     

Update:  Alt. SATA setting removes the error & puts the bridge back up.  Closer.
