AROS One x86 Games

For AMIGA game lovers, here is a new project called AROS One Games.

AROS One Games will allow in seconds and on any PC, even in VESA mode, to run WHD_MENU, an iGame-style GUI that allows AMiGA WHDLoad games to be started via JanusUAE (Amiga Emulator).

WHD_MENU was developed in the LUA language by Yannick Erb.

AROS One Games No includes ROMs and No Games.

Users will have to add their own Games and images which must be in PNG format.

Instead, AROS One you will find updated free AROS ROMs compatible with many games.

To make it easier to set up WHD_MENU, a Video Tutorial is included on AROS One where you will be able to see how to create a game menu, and set up the various paths.

The Games menu (PlayList) will need to be recreated each time a new play is added.

I have added on AROS One Games, the WHD_MENU Screenshot Pack by Yannick Erb, the archive contains the screenshots of the games that will be shown in the WHD_MENU GUI, the images are quality and in the PNG graphic format required by WHD_MENU.

I remember that there are 2 images to copy for each game, "InGameScreen" and "TitleSceen"

AROS One Games Update.

- To avoid crowding on Wanderer, configured BoingIconBar for fast startup of WHD_MENU, Tutorial WHD_MENU, Archive Image for WHD_MENU, Dopus4 and OWB.

- Fixed the path variable EXTRASPATH also when Folder Extras which should contain the WHDLoad Games Folder is installed or moved to DH1

- I want to mention that on "AROS One Games" you won't find any Game Packs, this is motivated by the fact that many of the Amiga Games are still covered by the Copyrights!

AROS One Games x86 will also include more full-bodied games "too big in size" or in need of a Graphics Card, all games you will not find on AROS One x86 Standard.

On AROS One Games x86 you will find all the free native AROS games, while for Amiga Games, no games will be present due to Copyright reasons

This is "FroGatto" a beautiful Action-Adventure Game, you must have a supported Video Sheda to play.

Regarding frogtto I tried the version on Archives but it doesn't work for me

"FroGatto" present on Aros Archive works fine for me on both AROS One x86, and AROS One Hosted Windows !
i simply unpacked and ran the FroGatto executable.

TetriCrisis 4, new OpenGL game by Cavemann included in AROS One Games, as with all games create icons in the style of AROS One

REminiscence is a re-implementation of the engine used in the game Flashback, on AROS One you will find only the engine and icons, the game data (Flashback) will have to be added by the user, of course this is because Flashback is a commercial game.

"Maze of Galious" Remake of a MSX platformer, given the size this game will be featured only on AROS One Games.

Created new DualPNG Icons for some games, today I created icons for SuperTux and SuperTux 2, both will be installed on AROS One Games, while "SuperTux" will also be present on the new AROS One x86 v1.9.

AROS One Games is still under construction, all games before being placed in the Distribution will be tested, Games that require a Video Card will be placed on special section, same for the "Engines" of the Ciommercial games, where users will have to get the game data.
