If you use the Deadwood Distro you don't have to configure anything, Scalos is already assigned to the Extras/Scalos path.

The only Operations you have to do is to copy all the Scalos folders to the same locations in AROS (same folders)

Classes in SYS:Classes
Libs in SYS:Libs
Prefs in SYS:Prefs
System in SYS:System
Extras in SYS:Extras

With that done, go to the Extras/Scalos folder and run Scalos.
To Configure Scalos, you need to go to Extras/Scalos/Prefs and run the Preference Apps.

All this if Scalos is run from Wanderer, if you want to run Scalos directly, then something changes.

Ok thanks at the moment when I launch Scalos I have no image in the desktop and windows and as if something is missing in the settings, then I am using the standard icons of Aros and I noticed that they are not seen well

You probably haven't copied and "overwritten" all the folders, if you don't have the background it's because the Extras/Scalos path is not assigned.

If you want I can send you a ready-made Distro Deadwood version, tell me if you use Native or hosted version !

AROS-20190416-pc-i386-boot-iso + Scalos Integrated

The ISO of course is bootable, and Scalos also works well from CD/DVD

There are no strange reasons, surely you had not copied the preferences into the Env-Archive

Yes it works if you have made the right assign otherwise the problem is the same as always, if you run it from a Wandere Shell it works, if you run it from Icon it doesn't work, the reason I have mentioned several times.

As puyoi see from the screenshot, dobe there are two Shells, but the one that works is the one from Wanderer
