Change a theme on aros

There is one guy who wants to improve/change the AmigaOS3.x theme. His goal is to get it as a perfect 3.1 replacement

He can use MagicWB or WBPattern for screen backgrounds or windows (see screenshot my OS3), while for the Windows Skin he has to use VisualPrefs + Birdie, if he installs the Icon.library by PeterK u can also use OS4 or DualPNG icons

Of course for best results it is preferable to have a RTG Screen

there are some parts of the 3.X theme he want to be improved so that it perfectly looks like 3.1

OS 3.0 is not much different from OS 3.1, everything can be improved if you know AmigaOS, otherwise better leave it alone.

As you can see from my screenshot even OS 1.3 can have a more modern look, am here also much work has been done.
