I noticed that if you add a comment on archives.aros-exec.org, it is printed, and visible to all the Private IP of the user ! and normal?
Yes that is normal.
Even stronger, by default the forum software used on this forum also displays your ip address for every message that you posted, Admin has that turned of because of privacy reasons.
I agree that in this day and age with all privacy rules that are active that it might be problematic in some countries to display an IP address by default (f.e. in my country an IP address is considered a personal detail).
On the other hand.... if you do not wish for your IP address to show up there then simply do not comment
Contrary to popular believe, if there is not a IP address visible that does not mean that your IP address is not used and abused for about anything. It is the nature of computer technology: you 'leak' your IP address on every website that you visit. It is up to the owner of the website to determine how to act with this kind of information. The first is responsible and does try to log as minimal as possible while others (like fe google) log every mouse-movement, reaction-time, input and output and link that to your IP address in order to make a profile, to finally sell that kind of information to 3-th parties for a lot of money (such as advertisers).
