amiga old school floppies ?

i would like to know if i could make real amiga floppies with a floppy disk driver installed in my icaros computer ?

You need the required hardware to do so, such as a Catweasel controller, which is supported by Icaros Desktop.
If you don't have the right controller (and you won't have it, unless you buy it), writing Amiga floppies with a PC is still an almost no-go.
