Title: BUG: Blanker changes palette and shows only for less then a second

The Blanker from Tools/Comodities, after set time (60 seconds default), changes palette and shows for less than a second. Palette of workbench stays broken also after moving mouse or pressing a key on the keyboard.
Also pressing the test button show the blanker for only less than a second.

the palette issues are quite wide and probably due to it not being properly implemented yet. blanker might assign black color to all pens or something like that, so it wont work until its all fixed.

This issue is fixed in newest core.

Tested with:
- SA_7142 and AmigaOS 3.1.4.1

its not vampire core, but aros amiga planar graphics receive a massive overhaul.
