Title: Alt JPG Datatype
Post by: rebraist on April 02, 2019, 05:07:52 PM
Six Years ago i wrote this
http://archives.aros-exec.org/index.php?function=showfile&file=datatype/image/jpg_dtt_install.i386-aros.rar

Because i had several issues with the original datatype and b/w jpg (I introduced some image scaling methods too) i used It with a CBR Reader i wrote "Comics!", I would like to develop again.
Has the original datatype been updated?

look at the aros sources for yourself. they are public. check the history. if you wanna develop for aros or the system itself or have tquestions answered better i can invite you to slack.

Old topic but still valid.

What bitdepths does it support? b/w jpeg?

What is the difference between 8bit jpeg and 24bit jpeg.

Yes. I have. But I joined Amiga OS.
I just recently joined AROS channel.

I'll go to the AROS channel and ask.
