If you have a working 2.2.4 install, what is the best method for upgrading to 2.2.5, for example.
As I play with it, I really don't want to do a default install with every new release.

Apparently, I am blind.
I never noticed the upgrade patches at the bottom of the download page.. http://vmwaros.blogspot.com/p/download.html.
I guess my question would now be.. "How long is it for the patch to come out after a new release?" "Do they get posted at the same time?"

I think you have to repeat from scratch every time a new distribution comes out

That's what I was afraid of originally, but it looks like there is a version patch listed below the main releases.
This is all new and I just got hardware that works.. so I am just starting to play with it.

Even google knows.
"To install them, you must use the LiveUpdater tool in SYS:Tools/LUPD (or on my software > system menu)."https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+update+icaros+desktop&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-ab
